𝗖𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗼 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 – Advancing the future of the Bangsamoro region by empowering its youth is a commitment shared by TFI and BYC. In a continuing effort to shape a comprehensive and youth-focused agenda, the 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗼 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗕𝗬𝗖) held a coordination meeting in facilitated by 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝗜𝗻𝗰., on September 2, 2025, held at Alnor Hotel and Convention Center. Ahmed Harris Pangcoga, the Executive Director of Transforming Fragilities, Inc., led the session.
This was a critical step in finalizing the 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗼 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻 (𝗕𝗬𝗗𝗣) to focus on solidifying the 2025-2030 policy framework. The BYDP is designed to be a primary framework for all youth-related policies and programs in the region, ensuring they are grounded in data and directly address the needs of young people.
Representatives from key BARMM ministries participated, including the Ministry of Basic, Higher, and Technical Education (MBHTE), the Ministry of Social Services and Development (MSSD), and the Ministry of Environment, Natural Resources, and Energy (MENRE).
