Transforming Fragilities, Inc. (TFI) has completed a 2-day Organizational Capacity Assessment and Year-End Evaluation from December 16 to 17, 2023, on Samal Island, Davao del Norte. This combined activity allowed TFI to assess its effectiveness for the year 2023 and to address its shortcomings to be better equipped to deal with internal and external factors that may arise in the year 2024 and beyond.
TFI conducted a self-evaluation across six critical capacity areas, which gauged its current levels of competency within each area. This year-end assessment allowed TFI to identify its current strengths and weaknesses and to compare the organizationโs performance over last yearโs. As TFI embraces the coming of the new year, the organization has formulated strategies that will address its weaknesses and capitalize on its strengths to ensure sustained long-term growth.
This year-end self-evaluation process aligns with TFIโs Pillar 2: Development of Office Management Plans, Organizational Learning, and Development Plans. Positioned within Track 4: General Development and Management, this strategy allows TFI to bolster its effectiveness to meet the demands of future projects.
