COTABATO CITY โ€” Transforming Fragilities, Inc. (TFI) extends its warmest congratulations to the Bangsamoro Youth Commission (BYC) for the formal adoption of the Bangsamoro Youth Development Plan (BYDP) by the BARMM government. Announced on May 5, 2026, this move officially establishes a comprehensive policy framework designed to guide youth-centered programs across the region for the next five years.

The BYDP 2025โ€“2030 is a strategic roadmap intended to harmonize regional efforts with the Bangsamoro Development Plan and the National Youth Development Plan. By aligning these levels of governance, the BARMM government ensures that youth empowerment is forward-looking, data-driven, and systematic.

This framework embeds youth-related projects and activities into the formal structure of the regional government and serves as the primary guidance for all youth-led initiatives through 2030. It ensures that the Bangsamoro youthโ€™s development is integrated into the broader national agenda to foster unified progress.

The development of the BYDP was heavily informed by the Bangsamoro Youth Assessment Study (BYAS). The BYAS, which was previously adopted and approved by the cabinet, provided the critical technical data and insights needed to shape a plan that truly reflects the needs of the Bangsamoro youth.

Transforming Fragilities, Inc. (TFI), which provided the technical services for both the BYAS and the subsequent BYDP, expresses its pride in the continued collaboration with the BYC and the Bangsamoro Region and its contribution to regional efforts that are data-driven and forward-looking.
