Members of the Pool of Experts of Transforming Fragilities conducted simultaneous validation workshops and M&E training for senior staff of the three Flagship Programs of the Office of the Chief Minister (OCM) of the BARMM. Through the validation workshops, preliminary findings distilled from the previous field assessment were presented for refinement, while the M&E training allowed for the enhancement of their respective M&E frameworks and M&E plans. This engagement forms part of the Programme’s first output area, which is to strengthen the capacity of the BTA’s executive branch to formulate and implement transitional policies efficiently. SUBATRA is a 5-year program funded by the European Union and co-financed by the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) through an agreement with the Government of the Republic of the Philippines.
