TFI simultaneously oriented and prepared a mix of field enumerators from their pool and volunteers from would-be partner women’s groups in the provinces of Lanao Del Sur and Basilan on how to conduct field research on horizontal conflicts from September 9 to September 14, 2022. The training workshop is part of TFI’s “Strengthening Local Women Mediators’ Capacity on Horizontal Conflict Mediation” project with UN Women and the Women’s Peace and Humanitarian Fund.
The second day of the training workshop was filled with the intensive collaboration of each team in Zamboanga and Iligan City as they worked on how to gather data, conduct interviews, and explore the app KoBoToolbox.
