While preparing for the activities to provide technical assistance to BARMM OCM, three members of Transforming Fragilities’ expert pool attended the 3-Day Kick-off Workshop on the Definition of OCM Flagship Programs’ (FSPs) Assessment Methodology, held in Davao City from April 20 to 24, 2022.
This workshop is an activity of the Support to Bangsamoro Transition (SUBATRA) Programme, a 5-year programme funded by the European Union and AECID in strengthening the capacities of BARMM institutions to establish an enabling democratic governance environment during the Bangsamoro transition period.
The three flagship programs of the OCM that will be supported by TF’s experts are: Ayudang Medikal mula sa Bangsamoro Government (AMBAG), Tulong Alay sa Bangsamorong Nangangailangan (TABANG) and Kapayapaan sa Pamayanan (KAPYANAN).
Attending consultants from the respective FSPs presented their comprehensive action plans, improved with input from the Technical Management Service (TMS) and the Internal Audit Office (IAO).
