COTABATO CITY, Philippines โ Transforming Fragilities, Inc. (TFI) has officially welcomed seven new staff members to its team. The new cohort joins TFI during a period of active operations, as the organization continues to implement its milestone initiatives, alongside a growing portfolio of local research and community development consultancies.
The onboarding of these new team members is aimed at strengthening TFIโs capacity to deliver high-quality, evidence-based projects while maintaining rigorous operational and financial standards across all active project locations.

To manage the logistics and quality of TFIโs expanding engagements, the organization has designated project-specific focals to oversee distinct clusters of work. These coordinators are tasked with mastering the management details of their assigned projects and ensuring seamless communication and coordination between TFI, its partners, and its field teams.

She will serve as the primary programmatic interface for her assigned portfolio, tracking timelines, managing field schedules, and coordinating with TFI’s internal support teams to ensure that all deliverables meet partner expectations.

She will coordinate closely with technical specialists and field teams to identify and resolve operational challenges early.

A strong administrative and financial backend is essential to support technical teams and protect organizational resources. To strengthen these administrative safeguards, TFI has welcomed dedicated personnel to handle contract coordination and financial management:

He is responsible for ensuring that all contracts include TFI’s mandatory safeguarding policies, such as the Prevention of Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and Harassment (PSEAH) guidelines and Data Privacy Act (DPA) compliance, while also assisting in maintaining the organizationโs eligibility profiles on procurement platforms.

Her role provides a critical layer of financial checks and balances, helping maintain the transparency and financial discipline required by TFI’s internal guidelines.

Delivering data-driven social change requires rigorous, ethical, and safe data gathering on the ground. TFI has added three specialists to coordinate field activities and ensure accurate, DPA-compliant information management:

Her familiarity with local contexts will help TFI maintain respectful and culturally sensitive engagements during active field deployments.

She will work closely with project coordinators to ensure that operational activities remain aligned with target timelines.

The new team members have completed their initial operational orientations under the guidance of Managing Director Judith Joy Libarnes. The onboarding process focused on aligning the new cohort with TFIโs core operational manuals, reporting protocols, and professional boundaries.
