The TFI community is excited to announce and welcome two exceptional individuals to our Board of Trustees: Brian Adam S. Anay and Elsie S. Villanueva.
Brian Adam is a seasoned development professional with a solid academic background and a history of leadership in community service. Brian Adam is a graduated valedictorian at Xavier University-Ateneo de Cagayan and was also one of the Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines (TOSP) in 2017. Most recently, he was program coordinator and later program manager for Equal Access International-Philippines from 2019 to 2025, where he designed and implemented several programs on capacity development, social cohesion, and conflict transformation, directly reaching more than 1,300 youth in Mindanao. An expert in youth development, peacebuilding, and communications, he has made significant contributions to several high-impact initiatives including the Child Rights Situational Analysis (CRSA) and the Bangsamoro Youth Assessment Study.
Joining him is Ms. Elsie S. Villanueva, MPA, MADE, a Licensed Agriculturist and Environmental Planner, who now serves as the Assistant City Agriculturist for General Santos City. She has a strong background in agricultural business management and significant experience in agricultural program implementation. She graduated magnum cum laude from Mindanao State University with a Masterโs Degree in Public Administration. She also brings invaluable knowledge and perspective from her consulting and teaching background that enriches our board with her expertise in agriculture and environmental planning.
