Transforming Fragilities, Inc. (TFI) continues to advance its commitment to empowering young people in the Bangsamoro through research, policy lobbying support, and evidence-based programming that strengthen youth participation in governance and peacebuilding in the region.
In line with this, TFI met with Sir Andic Maningula, Public Relations Officer of the Ministry of Indigenous Peoplesโ Affairs (MIPA) โ BARMM and the current Bangsamoro Youth Commission (BYC) Ex-Officio Commissioner for Indigenous People for an exploratory discussion on possible collaboration in gathering evidence on the situation of Indigenous People (IP) youth in the region.
The meeting seeks to pave the way toward the development of an IP youth development plan, ensuring that the voices, challenges, and aspirations of IP youth are meaningfully reflected in future policies and programs.
