Transforming Fragilities concluded this month a series of six focus group discussions in different locations in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao as part of the Impact Evaluation of World Vision International’s Education Technical Programme.
Two evaluation teams were deployed starting from the last week of May up to the middle of June to conduct focus group discussions that incorporated some steps in outcome harvesting with key stakeholders in six out of 28 Area Programmes:
1. Kidapawan City, North Cotabato
2. Siayan, Zamboanga del Norte
3. Liloan, Cebu
4. Sta. Rita, Samar
5. Pio Duran, Albay
6. Sauyo, Novaliches, Quezon City
The series of FGDs was done simultaneously with the series of key informant interviews and a four-part survey in all of the 28 Area Programmes of WVI nationwide where the various projects of the Education Technical Programme were implemented.
