Twenty (2) enumerators were recruited and trained to conduct an effective phone survey for Oxfam’s Sexual Health and Empowerment (SHE) Project Midterm Survey in the Philippines. The 3-day training included such topics as primary data gathering using SurveyCTO, Ethics in Conducting Research, and Orientation on Preventing Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA). The 20 enumerators will engage respondents from fourteen (14) municipalities across the country to determine shifts in behavior on sexual health and empowerment.
