Greetings of Peace!

This is the official Facebook page of Transforming Fragilities, an NGO focusing on research, M&E, capability building, and organizational development. It is based in Cotabato City, but operating Mindanao-wide and in selected provinces in Luzon and Visayas, composed of a pool of peace and development technical, and management specialists, and teams of provincial field researchers. They have come together to provide high quality monitoring & evaluation, research & learning, capability development and organizational development support to local and international development agencies and to programmes that help transform fragile communities and situations.

Background

Transforming Fragilities (TF) was conceptualized by its founders in late 2018 after extensive discussions about the high demand for support services to international peacebuilding, humanitarian and development organizations in the areas of monitoring, evaluation, research and learning and the limited number of existing and operating consulting entities that provide these.
Believing that M&E, research & learning, capability building and organizational development are equally important aspects of international development work in transforming fragile communities and situations into resilient ones, the founders had taken action and gathered a pool of consultants with different specializations to eventually form Transforming Fragilities.
